Failed Vac toilet units can be analysed for problems, with all faulty components being replaced – or a complete overhaul with 12 months return to base warranty cover. Our aim is if a vac unit is with us before 10.00am then we will repair and dispatch same day for an am delivery Monday to Saturday.

As well as vac toilet units, we also offer comprehensive servicing and repairs for evac compact units, door control module gear boxes, soap dispensers, hand dryers and water heater units. Any that we overhaul will also benefit from our 12 month warranty.

Toilet Compartment Spares

A large amount of stock is carried at base which we use to either supply to customers on a next day AM delivery under our Parcelforce contract, or replenish the personal stock of our technicians as required.

Our stockpile of spare parts is based in our 3000 square foot modern workshop in Cwmbran, South Wales.
